I noticed i was not improving in Photoshop (PS) until i started to use brushes to create backgrounds, this also gives you more ideas for the main pics effects, it worked for me. Try DeviantArt or Obsidian Dawn this is where i get my brushes. Brushes are a great way to add nice backgrounds and to also add more effects on the main pic and the text. </description>
